LaBlast dance fitness class is a partner-free cardio workout based on all of your favorite dances seen on “Dancing with the Stars". Created by three time World Ballroom Champion, Louis Van Amstel, LaBlast blends dance and fitness into an energizing workout experience for both the mind and body. No prior experience needed. LaBlast is a “blast” for dance lovers of all ages and fitness levels.

Is your workout getting old? Need a boost of energy, a lift in mood? Stop exercising and start moving! Based on the Nia Technique, this joy-fueled, non-impact, full-body, barefoot workout focuses on enjoying being present in the body and seeking pleasure. Nia is holistic cardio-fitness with benefits for body, mind and soul and is adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Discover the gifts of movement creativity. Stretch, breathe, contract, release, rock, roll, feel, express, sweat and heal—anything goes! This practice can be used as meditation, to enhance self-awareness and physical well-being, to support creativity and problem-solving or simply for play. We’ll start slow and deep and then move through a variety of rhythms and genres.

Cardio Dance Fusion

Cardio Dance Fusion incorporates an effective cardio workout, utilizing the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principle. This class works important large and small muscle groups to enhance, strength, flexibility, and endurance while also promoting weight loss, toning and firming the body. In addition to being an excellent workout, it is therapeutic and super fun!
