Pilates focuses on improving core strength and flexibility by strengthening and lengthening the body. Pilates develops control and endurance throughout the entire body by emphasizing alignment & breathing and improving coordination & balance. It consists of non-impact exercises and can be adapted for all fitness levels.

Pilates Fusion is a class based on the Pilates principles of using breath to flow through movements focused on strengthening the core and lengthening the spine. This class combines classical mat Pilates with body sculpting and stretches for a low impact workout adjustable to all fitness levels. You can expect a strong focus on the core, standing exercises (lunges, plies, etc.) and additional plank variations. Props such as lights weights, bands and balls will be used to enhance and assist. This class will help you build core strength, balance and flexibility.

Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance. It integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement and rehabilitative exercise to improve the health and longevity of your bones and joints. It’s adaptable to varying levels and is safe for
those with osteoporosis.
Private Pilates Sessions w/ Alicia Papson
A private Pilates session provides one-on-one attention in guiding you through a Pilates Mat workout that will focus on your specific goals and unique needs. With these tailored personal sessions, your Pilates practice will be at the right pace and intensity to ensure that you get the most out of your practice.
1:1 and semi-private sessions can be tailored to cater to all levels of experience - from beginners to advanced level students.
Private 1:1 -- $80 per session
Semi-Private 2:1 -- $50 per person, per session
