Kinstretch is a system designed to enhance your movement, expanding and strengthening the useable ranges of your body. Combining specific stretching, isometric contractions, rotations, and other exercises, Kinstretch classes aim to improve joint health, flexibility, and mobility. These classes help better prepare you for whatever physical activities you most want to do. Throughout the process, you will acquire greater body awareness, and learn to effectively assess, move, and train your body in many contexts.

Strength, Mobility, Inspiration, Longevity, Expression

Get ready to SMILE! Using proven mobility and strength training principles, this class will provide the guidance and inspiration to move and improve your body for the long-term. You’ll gain greater body awareness, improved strength and overall fitness, and ultimately the freedom to express yourself in whatever way makes you happiest!

With hands-on cueing and instruction, this class will deliver flexibility, strength, and locomotion-type exercise in a format that will also challenge your cardiovascular system. An all-in-one training challenge that will make your body smile from head to toe.

Function & Form

Fridays
10:45am - 11:45am

Take on your day in proper alignment! Function & Form is a full body flow where you will explore postural alignment exercises that will leave your body balanced. Improve your function and better form will follow. Benefits include increased range of motion, flexibility, and injury prevention.
