Kinstretch is a system designed to enhance your movement, expanding and strengthening the useable ranges of your body. Combining specific stretching, isometric contractions, rotations, and other exercises, Kinstretch classes aim to improve joint health, flexibility, and mobility. These classes help better prepare you for whatever physical activities you most want to do. Throughout the process, you will acquire greater body awareness, and learn to effectively assess, move, and train your body in many contexts.


8:15am - 9:15am

Strength, Mobility, Inspiration, Longevity, Expression

Get ready to SMILE! Using proven mobility and strength training principles, this class will provide the guidance and inspiration to move and improve your body for the long-term. You’ll gain greater body awareness, improved strength and overall fitness, and ultimately the freedom to express yourself in whatever way makes you happiest!

With hands-on cueing and instruction, this class will deliver flexibility, strength, and locomotion-type exercise in a format that will also challenge your cardiovascular system. An all-in-one training challenge that will make your body smile from head to toe.


Sculpt Core Fusion


Complete total Body Sculpting using light weights, tubing, and small balls emphasizing a variety of Pilates, Barre and Sculpt techniques. This class also focuses on the core stability muscles in the abdominal and low back region. Each class focuses on form, the technique involved in toning, and building strength.

45 Minutes, athletic shoes recommended.

This is a high-energy class, get ready for a challenge!
