Participants will explore the kinesthetic attributes of fluid movements, attentive weight shifts, chambers of spherically orbiting energy and unified coordination of breath, mind and body. This movement series will improve balance techniques by incorporating all these principles into a flowing, sequenced movement series. One will discover and engage in Qi / Prana (Life Force energy) filled postures, seamlessly transitioning from one asana to the other. This is a traditionally based practice instituting the philosophy and methodology of the Qi cultivation arts of Tai Chi and Qigong. By incorporating the principles of harmonic Yin/Yang and Elemental function, throughout the physical, mental, and human structures, optimum holistic health is achieved. No experience is necessary.
All Tai Chi classes are capped at 10 students so you can receive the one-on-one, personalized attention that you deserve!
