Yoga Class for all Age, Experience, and Ability Levels

Flow is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures and breath in order to deepen strength and flexibility. This class is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, balancing with an emphasis placed on connection to breath, building strength and deepening alignment.
All yoga classes are capped at 10 students so you can receive the one-on-one, personalized attention that you deserve!
Repose Yoga for Cancer Survivors

RePose Yoga is designed to renew and restore the body and mind during and after cancer. Join Karen Gagnier every Tuesday for this therapeutic yoga session at MovmentRx Studio!
This is a donation-based class. Donations can be made by card, check, or cash at the the studio. All proceeds will go to Living Beyond Breast Cancer.
