How Our Cardio Classes Work

No weights. No running. No jumping.

Just structured step patterns built around coordinated movement sequences that train your body and your brain at the same time.

That last part matters more than it sounds. The lateral movements, the directional changes, the pattern sequencing — these aren't just cardio. They're working on coordination, reaction time, and spatial awareness in ways that traditional gym cardio almost never touches.

You're getting fitter and most importantly, you become better at moving.

Cardio Classes for All Levels

The class draws strongly from adults between 50 and 80, and that's because this age group tends to know clearly what they really need from fitness. Not performance. Not aesthetics. The practical stuff:

Train with Instructor Jackie

Jackie Bobrin is a certified Les Mills instructor with qualifications in Body Step and Body Attack, and she's the reason a lot of students keep coming back and become consistent with their training.

She's patient and has a way of reading where each person in the room — she knows who needs encouragement, who's ready to be pushed a little harder — and adjusting in real time without making anyone feel singled out. With her passion and talent, many members are now attending six classes a week. That doesn't happen by accident.
