Movement RX is truly a gem of a studio. The small, personalised classes and highly dedicated instructors make you feel welcome from day one. Nicole and Christine are exceptional at helping you understand your body and get stronger with every class.
After years of trying everything, Christine helped me make real, lasting progress. I’ve lost 20 pounds, reduced inflammation, and feel better at 67 than I have in years. Her support has been life-changing.
Our retreat with Christine and Karen was amazing—packed with valuable information, movement, nutrition guidance, and incredible food. I couldn’t believe how much we experienced in one day. Truly inspiring.
I’ve been attending classes for three years. The instructors are knowledgeable, the workouts are fun and effective, and the community is incredibly welcoming. There’s always a class that fits exactly what I need.
Since working out at MovementRX, I feel 10 years younger. I’ve lost weight, improved my diet, and my joint pain has eased through targeted exercises. I highly recommend them.
Christine is the best. Always willing to help with an issues and make adjustments. Phytoga has erased any little aches and pains that come with being older and an athletic. Great for the body and soul!
MovementRX Studio is one of the best exercise studios on the Mainline. It’s a warm, inviting place - a well needed studio that focuses on teaching how to move our bodies as we age. I love this place!
Christine Sturgis is the best. She is truly a healer. I struggled with back pain for over 5 years before she was able to "fix" me and i've been going to her ever since - imo, there's no one better!
Every time I go to MovementRxstudio in Wynnewood, I think about how lucky I am to have found it. It's a beautiful place where I attend wonderful classes with outstanding instructors who work very hard to keep everything interesting, new, and top notch.
Loved the plants in front. Guy at the desk was super kind. Sara was really welcoming and warm-hearted in her Nia class, catering to all skill levels. Awesome community came around freely moving in our bodies and loosening around our minds
“I take two classes per week. Prior to taking them, I had chronic pain in my upper back and neck from decades of hunching over performing medical studies. Since taking these sessions for a couple of months, much of the discomfort has markedly lessened. Additionally, Christine, has to be one of the most pleasant people that I have, personally, dealt with. Her professional knowledge and caring attitude are a credit to her as a human being. A welcome oasis in these turbulent times”
Discovering Movement Rx has been life-changing for me--both physically and mentally. Christine is a knowledgeable and gifted instructor as well as a lovely person. I can't stop singing praises of Christine and the studio to "older women" looking for a fun, safe, and beneficial way to exercise.
