When you book a class, you will be prompted to sign in to your MindBody account or create a new account. If you've already attended a class and we have your email address in our system, select "need new password?" to create a password for your account. If you would like to create an account without booking a class, click here. Download and book through the MINDBODY App for extra deals on classes!

Pre-booking is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome! All classes are done at a comfortable, room temperature.
