The Yoga Class That Actually Sees You
two_column_class
MovementRX Studio hosts Yoga For Life in Wynnewood, led by Karen Gagnier. It runs Monday mornings, and it's not what you'd expect from a yoga class. There's no fixed template, no pressure to keep up with anyone, and no being left to sort out your own body while the teacher talks to the front of the room.
Every student gets individual attention. If something doesn't work for you, Karen figures out what does. Complete beginners come, and so do people who've been at it for twenty years. Both find something worthwhile here.

No prerequisites. No experience required.
If you've tried yoga before and it didn't click, it's not about yoga — it's about the class. We set up differently. Worth giving it another go.
Sessions run to instrumental music. The work covers strength, stability, and balance, and alongside the physical side, Karen brings in breathwork and meditation. She explains the reasoning behind what you're doing, not just what shape to hold. It makes more of a difference than you'd think.
Mats, blocks, straps, and blankets are provided for everyone, every session.
How Dance Fusion Works
Each week, you pick up new moves that connect directly to what you covered the week before. By the end of the month, you've got a full, rehearsed routine. It's the feeling of real progress — not just "good workout" progress, but "I learned something" progress — that keeps students coming back.

Come and See for Yourself
Dance Fusion is led by Nicole Rodriguez — MA in Dance from Temple University, and easily one of the most beloved instructors at MovementRX. What makes her class work isn't just that it's fun, though it is. It's that she's not pushing perfection. She's more interested in helping you figure out what your body can do when you stop overthinking it and just move.
New students usually arrive a bit unsure of themselves. But most of them are laughing by the second song. By the end of the hour, they're asking about next Friday before they've even grabbed their water bottle.
