How Our Tai Chi Classes Work

Every session follows the Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Form

Yang style Tai Chi One of the most widely practiced and respected Tai Chi forms in the world. This is not arbitrary. The 24 Form is a complete, structured sequence that builds progressively, allowing students to deepen their understanding of movement, breath, and intention with every class.

Classes run for 50 minutes, every Monday at 12:00 PM. The pace is relaxed and entirely student-led. Ben ensures that everyone can move at their own pace while still experiencing the full physical and meditative benefit of the practice.

Each session builds on the last. Over time, students do not just learn movements — they develop a genuine mind-body connection that carries beyond the studio and into everyday life.

Tai Chi Classes for All Levels

Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice that uses slow, deliberate movements to build strength, balance, and body awareness. Unlike high-impact exercise, Tai Chi strengthens the body without strain — making it one of the most accessible and sustainable forms of movement available, at any age or fitness level.

Meet Your Instructor — Ben Lee

Ben Lee brings something rare to MovementRX Studio: over 27 years of dedicated training in the Northern Shaolin Kung Fu system, including deep study of both external martial forms and internal energy practices.

His expertise in the Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Form is not just academic — it is the product of decades of disciplined, committed practice. That depth of experience gives Tai Chi Noon a quality and authenticity that is genuinely uncommon in a studio fitness setting.

Ben is also a NASM-certified personal trainer and MMA conditioning specialist, which means he understands the body — how it moves, how it adapts, and how to help every student get the most from their practice.

But perhaps what students notice first is his teaching style. Despite his martial arts background, Ben is approachable, supportive, and quietly encouraging. His classes are relaxed and welcoming. His goal is simple: help students move better, feel calmer, and build a practice they can carry with them for life.
