HIIT That's Actually Built for Everyone
two_column_class
Most HIIT classes aren't actually built for everyone. They're built for people who already work out — who already know the movements, have the conditioning, and feel comfortable being watched. Walk in without that background, and you spend half the session trying not to embarrass yourself. That's not fitness. That's just a different kind of stress.
Total Body Fit at MovementRX Studio takes a different approach, and it gets things right in a way very few classes do.

A Class That Actually Meets You Where You Are
Total Body Fit combines strength work and low-impact cardio into a single 45-minute session. Free weights, body movements, short cardio intervals — all built into a rotating circuit that keeps things moving without ever tipping into overwhelming. It's not about how heavy you can lift or how fast you can go. The goal is purposeful movement: building real strength, improving your cardiovascular fitness, and leaving the studio feeling more capable than when you walked in.
The music helps. Upbeat without being chaotic.
What surprises a lot of people is who shows up. The class draws a strong crowd of adults between 50 and 80, and that's not a coincidence — it reflects exactly what the class is designed to do. Build the kind of strength that keeps you moving well in everyday life. Keep the impact low enough that your joints aren't fighting you the next morning. Deliver results that actually matter: more muscle, better balance, stronger bones.
How the Session Runs
The music helps. Upbeat without being chaotic.
What surprises a lot of people is who shows up. The class draws a strong crowd of adults between 50 and 80, and that's not a coincidence — it reflects exactly what the class is designed to do. Build the kind of strength that keeps you moving well in everyday life. Keep the impact low enough that your joints aren't fighting you the next morning. Deliver results that actually matter: more muscle, better balance, stronger bones.
The structure alternates between strength blocks and cardio intervals throughout the 45 minutes. Three strength exercises, then a cardio burst. Another set of movements, and another interval. It rotates — different exercises each time, so nothing goes stale.
Active squats, quad and hamstring work, free weight movements across the circuit. You're never locked into one place for too long.

Led by Jackie Bobrin
Jackie is a certified Les Mills instructor — qualified in Body Step and Body Attack — and she's been leading Total Body Fit long enough that students don't just show up for the class. They show up for her. Jackie’s upbeat personality is infectious- always a big smile on her face and energy to spare.
She has this ability to push people harder than they expected to go, without anyone feeling like they're falling behind. A lot of instructors can do one or the other. Jackie does both simultaneously, and the atmosphere in the room reflects it — people who know each other, who cheer each other on, who come back week after week because this class has become part of how they take care of themselves. It doesn't feel like a gym class. It feels like a community that happens to work out together.
