Susan Goldstein
200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification, 2012
Susan has been practicing yoga for 20 years. Growing up in Southern California, she participated in high school athletics and found exercise and movement enjoyable; it felt good to her. In 2012, she decided to deepen her practice by taking a yoga teacher training course. She found her calling through the joy of teaching yoga since 2013. By guiding students in various poses and breathing exercises, she demystifies the physical practice as well as highlights the meditative, and self-care aspects of yoga. Encouraging students to continue “off the mat,” by moving mindfully throughout the day is the ultimate goal as we all age gracefully with good health
