Meet Your Instructor: Ben Lee
Ben Lee is a NASM-certified personal trainer and MMA conditioning specialist with over 27 years of training in the Northern Shaolin Kung Fu system. His martial arts background includes extensive study of both external martial forms and internal energy practices, including the Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Form.
Through decades of disciplined training, Ben has developed a deep understanding of how martial arts can cultivate strength, balance, mental focus, and internal energy.
Ben teaches Tai Chi with an approachable, supportive style that emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. His classes are welcoming, relaxed, and accessible—allowing students to move at their own pace while experiencing the powerful physical and meditative benefits of Tai Chi.
