Pack your sneakers because we will also do some low-impact cardio interval training to get that heart rate up! Emphasis will be placed on posture, balance, core strength and proper form. Everyone is welcome in this all-levels class. Modifications happily provided.

Dance Fusion is a blend of modern and jazz dance to a fabulously curated playlist. Class includes a warmup sequence, simple dance patterns, and concludes with some short stretches. Improve your strength, balance and coordination while having fun doing so! This is a multi level class, but some dance experience is helpful but not necessary.
